In 2015, recognizing the increasing complexities and technological
advancements in labor compliance, she ventured into entrepreneurship to
provide public works compliance consultants to contractors. By employing

certified payroll professionals, she has helped clients achieve full compliance

Kaitlin Prieto has been a dedicated member of our Sales department since
November 2021, connecting clients with labor compliance experts. With 22
years of customer service experience and four years in various management,
implementation, and sales positions, Kaitlin brings a wealth of knowledge
and expertise to her role. As a Business Development Manager, she excels in
helping clients navigate the complexities of public works projects, ensuring
they feel secure and confident in outsourcing essential aspects of their
business.

Jane Pahng has been a Client Relationship Manager at Public Works
Consultant for five years, specializing in certified payroll and labor
compliance. She excels at streamlining processes and ensuring compliance,

Jane values continuous learning opportunities and enjoys helping clients

Courtney Lipsey has been with Public Works Consultant since May 2020 as
the Client Services Manager. Working with certified payroll experts and
certified payroll professionals, Courtney guides CRMs and manages client
inquiries. As a result, she ensures top-notch customer service and compliance
solutions.
Courtney enjoys helping people and watching her CRMs grow into their roles.
She takes pride in her extensive knowledge of labor laws, which significantly

Outside of work, Courtney enjoys spending time with her family and dogs,

to buy her first home with her family.

Dana Clinkaberry has been a valued member of our team for four years,
serving as a Client Relations Manager. With a strong background as an
Administrative Assistant in various businesses, Dana excels in providing
answers to client questions and managing labor compliance projects. Using
her administrative skills, Dana connects clients with the right certified payroll
experts, Davis-Bacon compliance specialists, and labor compliance experts
for their projects. She loves the continuous learning opportunities her role

Laura Reichstadt joined Public Works Consultant six months ago, bringing
her 8 years of experience in the construction industry, including a
specialization in payroll and prevailing wage compliance.
As an Agent in the CRM/Sub Auditing department, Laura is dedicated to
helping clients navigate the complexities of labor compliance, ensuring they
are paid on time and avoid fines. She values the collaborative environment at
Public Works and takes pride in educating clients on areas they might be
unfamiliar with. Laura also helps clients explore how certified payroll

business and experience as a payroll manager, Ella brings a wealth of
knowledge in certified payroll and prevailing wage compliance.
Ella enjoys helping clients with public works projects and working with a
fantastic team of certified payroll experts, Davis-Bacon compliance
specialists, and public works compliance consultants. A notable achievement
during her time at PWC is earning her LCPtracker Academy Certificate.
Outside of work, Ella spends her time drag racing with her boyfriend or
enjoying the lake. Her personal motto is, “Life isn’t about waiting for the storm

Amber Escobar has been an integral member of our Client Services team for
the past two years, bringing a wealth of experience in customer service and a

Loree Mayer has been with Public Works Consultant for 10 months, bringing
over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. As one of our DavisBacon compliance specialists, Loree’s expertise spans certified payroll,
accounting, human resources, and prevailing wages. Loree has witnessed the
evolution of labor compliance from handwritten documents to computerized
systems, providing a unique perspective on the industry’s advancements.
Loree enjoys working with a supportive and team-oriented staff at PWC. She
prides herself on smoothing over difficult client interactions while
